The Bermuda Government is requesting proposals from reputable contractors to refurbish the Prospect Depot into a commercial office space.
The Prospect Depot at 2 Aeolia Drive, Devonshire, is a (2) story military style building. The building has wooden floors, a pitch roof, and a partially roofed and wraparound veranda. The Depot currently houses offices, workshops, and a supply store.

Site Visit / Pre-Bid Meeting Details
The site meeting will be held March 11 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at the Prospect Depot site - 2 Aeolia Drive, Devonshire, DV 05, Bermuda. Proponents are asked to register their interest to attend the site visit with the RFP contact by 5:00 PM, March 11, 2026.
The site visit is not mandatory to participate in the procurement process but is highly recommended to gain a comprehensive understanding of the site conditions and project scope.
